Once you have a client ready to apply, please facilitate an introduction between Dusty and your client by phone, text, or email or let Dusty know the client's name and to expect an application.
Dusty will let you know when his team has received an application and will prep the file for pre-qualification. Appropriate documentation will be requested from the client.
The application will be processed along with communication to both you and the client. If client pre-qualifies, you will be provided a pre-qual letter. If client needs help with credit score, appropriate support can be provided.
